Director: Emilie Blichfeldt
Starring: Lea Myren, Ane Dahl Torp, Thea Sofie Loch Næss
Plot: Follows Elvira as she battles against her gorgeous stepsister in a realm where beauty reigns supreme. She resorts to extreme measures to captivate the prince, amidst a ruthless competition for physical perfection.
You know what makes an uninteresting and dumb movie better? The weirdest cum-strewn sex scene ever.
1.5I'm sorry
4.5Norwegian is such an interesting sounding language
5.2In a movie full of sad and gross things, nothing is sadder and grosser than a blowjob out of financial obligation
6.3An uncomfortable exploration of 19th century plastic surgery and fad diets

The Godfather
Director: Francis Ford Coppola
Starring: Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, James Caan
Plot: The aging patriarch of an organized crime dynasty transfers control of his clandestine empire to his reluctant son.
A good old-fashioned glimpse into mafia life filled with family, betrayal, and vengeance. Add a touch of racism and sexism and you have The Godfather!
6.5Probs good for the time it came out, but doesn't really hold up. Gangsters and good music carry this one.
7.3I never knew there were so many slurs for Italians!
7.3Man this is a time capsule of a movie. To watch some of these performers before they become who they become was really a treat.
7.75Never remake this. But...there should be a Clemenza spinoff.

RRR
Director: S.S. Rajamouli
Starring: N.T. Rama Rao Jr., Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn
Plot: A fearless warrior on a perilous mission comes face to face with a steely cop serving British forces in this epic saga set in pre-independent India.
Does it make me a rascist if I don't enjoy overly convoluted and massively long foreign films
4.5A fun, ridiculous movie that's hindered by its 3 long hours
6.5Indian people fighting the cunty British thru song, dance, tigers, and guns. Good times overall.
6.9100% bonkers. What was this movie pitch like?
8I did not expect it, but this was fucking awesome.

Little Women
Director: Greta Gerwig
Starring: Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, Florence Pugh
Plot: In 19th century Massachusetts, the March sisters--Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy--on the threshold of womanhood, go through many ups and downs in life and endeavor to make important decisions about their futures.
I found Jo vigorous and compelling, and the only sister worth watching. I suggest a rewrite: Little Woman.
6.25Lots of yappin, but done pretty well honestly. Women are kind of nuts sometimes.
6.9Ah, the good ol’ days when having one servant means you’re poor and just seeing a piece of pink pastry makes you dump your pants. But overall a pretty good movie.
7.2Cute movie. Maybe thought it was almost over at one point and then had a nice little 45 minutes left. Lots of little shenanigans in privileged white people land.
7.25Jo is what happens when you're queer in the 1860's and your only options are Timothee Chalomet or God.

Short Cuts
Director: Robert Altman
Starring: Andie MacDowell, Julianne Moore, Tim Robbins
Plot: The day-to-day lives of several suburban Los Angeles residents.
I envied the dead child by the end of this film.
1If you ever wanted to watch 4 bad early 90s comedies and 2 dramas about white people at the same time, enjoy Short Cuts I guess
2I wish there was a short cut to this movie being over. Thinks it’s just so god damned clever. What the hell does this even mean. I don’t get it. Colossal waste of my time.
3.25Released in 1993, the same year as The Real World: Los Angeles, this is the story of the dramatic lives of a bunch of shitty people living in LA who need therapy. Neat coincidence
3.75I guess we don’t have to worry about the medflies anymore!?
4Jun 2025
Warfare
Director: Alex Garland, Ray Mendoza
Starring: D'Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai, Will Poulter, Cosmo Jarvis
Plot: A platoon of Navy SEALs embark on a dangerous mission in Ramadi, Iraq, with the chaos and brotherhood of war retold through their memories of the event.
Hey. I didn't really like that.
4.25War sucks. The screaming in pain does not help. For a 90 minute movie, I wanted this to end pretty quickly.
4.3Are you excited when someone unwraps their bandage to show you a gnarly wound? You’ll love this film!
5.75Blood, guts, and guns: this movie has it all! Except if you’re hoping for anything else.
6.1A whole lot of nothing and pointlessness is going on in this film. But I think that’s the point. It’s quite sad.
6.5Jun 2025
American Splendor
Director: Shari Springer Berman, Robert Pulcini
Starring: Paul Giamatti, Shari Springer Berman, Harvey Pekar
Plot: An original mix of fiction and reality illuminates the life of comic book hero everyman Harvey Pekar.
If Cleveland was a movie, this is it.
4.4I liked Toby. Toby is the best. That’s it.
4.5I wish I would have known anything about this person before watching. But I think I liked learning about this crazy man
6.6A fun way to tell a boring story.
6.75Jazz, neuroticism, comic books, and everyday life. And hey, man, it’s kinda alright.
7.5May 2025
Anora
Director: Sean Baker
Starring: Mikey Madison, Paul Weissman, Yura Borisov
Plot: A young stripper from Brooklyn meets and impulsively marries the son of a Russian oligarch. Once the news reaches Russia, her fairy tale is threatened as his parents set out for New York to get the marriage annulled.
It’s like that Thanksgiving dinner episode of The Bear but with grosser accents.
5.7548 minutes of softcore porn; 90 more of a Cohen brothers movie. I don't know what it was trying to say.
7One half pornographic music video and one half The Hangover in New York—it’s mostly unserious fun with a twist.
7Lots of good things. And some fun things. If you can get thru the first hour, probs worth it.
7.4If Mark gives this less than a 9 I will shit my pants
8May 2025
Conclave
Director: Edward Berger
Starring: Ralph Fiennes, Stanley Tucci, John Lithgow
Plot: When Cardinal Lawrence is tasked with leading one of the world's most secretive and ancient events, selecting a new Pope, he finds himself at the center of a web of conspiracies and intrigue that could shake the very foundation of...
This is basically a 2 hour episode of Catholic Big Brother.
4.7Spirited politicking and devoted acting, but in the end it blows smoke.
6.25If this is how the conclave really goes, then this shit needs to be televised.
6.5Finally, a catholic drama without pederasts and just a smidge of racism and a tadge of coverup. Very well done.
7.25Stunningly beautiful, powerful script, and excellent acting. But it stumbles at the finish line.
8.6Apr 2025
Anatomy of a Fall
Director: Justine Triet
Starring: Sandra Hüller, Swann Arlaud, Milo Machado-Graner
Plot: A woman is suspected of murder after her husband's death; their half-blind son faces a moral dilemma as the main witness.
An Oscar worthy bore fest that had me wanting to shove the guy out of the window in the first five minutes.
3.5Lots of white people yapping about white people problems in the French Alps.
6.8it feels weird to say “motherfucking” to a background of steel drum music.
6.8A meditation on the nature of truth and what can be known. Like meditation, it went on much longer than was comfortable
6.9I told him “if you play the steel drums version of P.I.M.P. one more time…” and then he looked me in the eye and pressed play, your honor.
7.5Apr 2025
Flow
Director: Gints Zilbalodis
Starring: N/A
Plot: Cat is a solitary animal, but as its home is devastated by a great flood, he finds refuge on a boat populated by various species, and will have to team up with them despite their differences.
Do you like the 15 second cut scenes in indie video games but wish they were 90 minutes? Well I've got the fuckin' movie for you.
2Pretty unexciting for a movie about wet pussy
6.25At some point in the future, capybara will be the answer to a trivia question that I almost remember thanks to this film.
6.5Meow purrrr bark bark. Whatever a capybara says.
7.25Oh! A pleasant reminder that dogs are the best communicators!
7.75Mar 2025
The King
Director: David Michôd
Starring: Tom Glynn-Carney, Gábor Czap, Tom Fisher
Plot: Young Henry V encounters deceit, war and treachery after becoming King of England in the 15th century, in the aftermath of his brother's death.
Too bad I had to wait over 2 hours for something to happen.
5.2Chalamet? More like Chala-nae. It was fine.
6I don't believe that armor was up to code.
6.5Muddy at times, but I'd still take King Henry over Trump
6.6Medieval slow-burn. There will be mud.
7Mar 2025
Support the Girls
Director: Andrew Bujalski
Starring: Regina Hall, Haley Lu Richardson, Dylan Gelula
Plot: The general manager at a highway-side ''sports bar with curves" has her incurable optimism and faith in her girls, her customers and herself tested over the course of a long, strange day.
The incessant screaming at the end is basically how I felt through this whole film
3.25Support the girls is the story where nobody learns any lessons and then screams alot. Plus boobs and jumping. I guess just like a hooters, but without the wings.
3.5These girls do the best they can with what they’re given. The characters and the actresses.
4.5Skimpy plot and clothes, not an awful time
4.6The “Scary Movies” set the bar pretty high for Regina, and there’s no let down here!
6.3Mar 2025
Better Man
Director: Michael Gracey
Starring: Robbie Williams, Jonno Davies, Steve Pemberton
Plot: A singular profile of pop superstar Robbie Williams, chronicling his meteoric rise, dramatic fall, and remarkable resurgence.
light me up and put me out of my misery. By the end of it I could appreciate what it was doing but I deeply disagree with its message
3.5Same old self-indulgent tale of a narcissist whining about his own success—but this one has a monkey doing cocaine
6The entertaining musical numbers won’t keep you from seeing Williams as a slutty bitch.
6Not bad, but why is he a goddamn monkey?
6.25The monkey surprisingly works well for this cunty movie
6.7Feb 2025
The Remains of the Day
Director: James Ivory
Starring: Anthony Hopkins, Emma Thompson, John Haycraft
Plot: A butler who sacrificed body and soul to service in the years leading up to World War II realizes too late how misguided his loyalty was to his lordly employer.
2 plus hours of questions if I cared for anyone here
4.5It's okay to wonder, after watching this film, if anything at all happened
5.5Very stoic. Very busy.
6.5A butler more afraid of having an emotion than he is of the Nazis
6.75The story of one butler's mission to protect his housekeepers from gentlemen callers
7.25Feb 2025
A Real Pain
Director: Jesse Eisenberg
Starring: Kieran Culkin, Jesse Eisenberg, Olha Bosova
Plot: Mismatched cousins reunite for a tour through Poland to honor their beloved grandmother, but their old tensions resurface against the backdrop of their family history.
Thanks, Jesse. I love feeling uncomfortable for an hour and a half.
5It's like the Odd Couple! If the Odd Couple sucked and was about the Holocaust.
5.2Jesse Eisenberg writes, directs, and stars as a character very much like Jesse Eisenberg. Hope you like Jesse Eisenberg!
6.25A well acted movie of mismatched cousins that show that the people who talk to strangers at the airport are the worst kind of people.
7.1I don’t know what to think about this movie. I felt manic watching it at times. For a movie that shouts about empathy at times. It really made me feel uncomfortable.
7.25Jan 2025
Action Jackson
Director: Craig R. Baxley
Starring: Carl Weathers, Craig T. Nelson, Vanity
Plot: Vengeance drives a tough Detroit cop to stay on the trail of a power-hungry auto magnate who is systematically eliminating his competition.
Save your time and go watch Robocop instead.
0.1Too bad Mr. Weathers couldn't outrun this awful dialogue.
4Watching a man get shot and knocked out of a high-rise window…then flail about while he’s on fire and plummeting to his death…until he falls through a glass ceiling and into a dining room…is highly underrated.
4.25I've always wondered where the 'I'm a smart brute' trope came from. And now I know.
5.5It's pretty much Die Hard. Same supporting cast, fun one-liners, but a quarter of the budget! And just not as good.
5.5Jan 2025
My Old Ass
Director: Megan Park
Starring: Maisy Stella, Aubrey Plaza, Percy Hynes White
Plot: A mushroom trip brings free-spirited Elliott face-to-face with her 39-year-old self. But when Elliott's "old ass" delivers warnings to her younger self, Elliott realizes she has to rethink everything about her family, life and love.
Is this the 1990s? I guess it's cool for petite 18 year old girls to wear men's quad-XL t-shirts again
5.290 minutes of youth-driven antics, love, and drama. How you feel about it may depend on the age of your ass
5.25This movie is a delightful take on the growing seasonal drug tourism industry
7.3These youngsters need to watch their god damned mouths
7.5Welp, I guess I'm middle-aged because this movie got me right in my old ass
9.25Dec 2024
The Father
Director: Florian Zeller
Starring: Anthony Hopkins, Olivia Colman, Mark Gatiss
Plot: A man refuses all assistance from his daughter as he ages. When he tries to understand what is happening around him, he begins to doubt his loved ones, his own mind and even the fabric of his reality.
This movie really made me feel locked in my own head and it was terrifying.
6.5This movie makes a strong case for madatory nursing homes. I'm just saying it would help a lot of things.
7.2It’s unusually satisfying to be made so damn sad.
7.5Like choose your own adventure stories? It's kinda like that but in reverse!
7.8Incredible film. I don't ever want to see it again. I'm not sure I'm glad I did.
9Dec 2024
Gone Girl
Director: David Fincher
Starring: Ben Affleck, Rosamund Pike, Neil Patrick Harris
Plot: The husband of a missing woman becomes the chief suspect in her disappearance.
BISHH
5.5AI girlfriends and boyfriends are sounding a lot more reasonable after watching this movie.
6.5A fun ride! But what the hell is wrong with these people?
7If you want to figure out how much crazy you'll put up with for some probably average sex, here you go.
7.1Rug-pull after rug-pull, but I enjoyed the ride
7.6Nov 2024
The Substance
Director: Coralie Fargeat
Starring: Demi Moore, Margaret Qualley, Dennis Quaid
Plot: A fading celebrity takes a black-market drug: a cell-replicating substance that creates a younger, better version of herself.
If you want to be uncomfortable by a psuedo feminism film that has a bunch of ass shots, here ya go.
5Absolutely gratuitous.
6.2The Substance! Coughing up tits one at a time!
6.25The second dose of the substance worked, and Monstro Elisasue was the best version of herself.
6.5I really enjoyed what this said about beauty and self reflection. I would watch this a few more times, and not just because of the gratuitous nudity.
8Nov 2024
Let the Right One In
Director: Tomas Alfredson
Starring: Kåre Hedebrant, Lina Leandersson, Per Ragnar
Plot: A bullied boy forms a unique friendship with his new neighbor, who is a vampire.
Close your god damned mouth in the swimming pool you fucking boring mouth breather.
3.5My favorite part of this movie was the brief glimpse into what the PE program in rural Sweden is like.
3.6If that kid keeps opening his mouth like that while in the pool, I'll hold him under for 3 minutes.
5A visually impressive but uncomfortably slow adaptation with a Sweedishly frigid, awkward script and a hilarious cat attack scene.
5.5A cold-blooded love story that makes you uncomfortable in a good way.
7.5Oct 2024
